Peer review of the abstracts: You will receive a password and a username to review the abstracts on the website created by our logistic support, Monday 14th of March. Once the abstracts will be selected, you'll have until the 6th of April to relay your decision to paper-givers. Until April 20th you should be able to send a pre-programme of papers for each session to the local organizing committee: . To help you organizing your paper sessions, our logistic support will provide a pre-formatted excel sheet.
REMINDER: Each RN/RS has 9 session slots, but RN and RS with a large number of presentations are invited to organize parallel sessions. Please don't plan no more than 4 papers to be presented in each session. You may also organize round-tables and joint-sessions.
Full written papers: The LOC Geneva and the Scientific Committee decided not to ask for the full written papers, because we won't publish them. If you need them, please handle this individually with your paper-givers.
